General conditions for contracts made via the owner's website: All cancellations must be notified to the owner. Cancellation before arrival: if you do not notify us within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner may make the property available to other guests. The deposit remains with the owner, who will also request payment of the remaining balance of the rental. Shortened stay: the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be issued. Cancellation more than 7 days before the start of the stay: the deposit (30% of the total amount) will be retained.
